*Returns for a Coupon Credit*
You have 3 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return for a coupon credit. Please follow these steps:
*For Indian Orders:*
PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.- If you wish to return your order, Kindly contact our Customer Service team at +91 7728922221 or Help@pratapsons.com.
- They will provide you the return form. Kindly fill it with your correct order number, indicating whether you are requesting a coupon credit.
- After filling the form, kindly please acknowledge to the customer service team. They will initiate a return pickup from our side.
- Please be patient, The pickup will take place in 2-3 working days after initiating it.
- Ensure that the order details are securely pasted on the returns box
*Processing Time*
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return and issue the coupon credit. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.
*Conditions for Returns*
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- We only accept the return within 3 days after delivery.
*How to use the Credit Note*
- Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
- You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
